Customer service is the heart and soul of every business. Every successful business has a strong customer service plan implemented. Pro One Janitorial, Inc. is no exception to this maxim.

One of the primary benefits of our customer service program is that we assign to each customer a service representative to field questions, inspect the facility and respond to any servicing concerns the customer may have.

An additional benefit of our customer service program is that we provide regularly scheduled inspections. The inspection process is designed to assist us in evaluating our customers' satisfaction and in ascertaining that our customers are properly receiving those services that they have contracted with us to provide to them.

Pro One Janitorial, Inc. and each of our franchises share a common goal: The complete satisfaction of our customers. We encourage our franchisees to participate in the inspection in order to further improve service and facilitate communication between the customer and the service provider.
